Initial Prestigious Project : Kavin Engineers
Our first major milestone at Nithium Engineering Solutions is a prestigious project with Kavin Engineers, which involves the drafting of 2,000 intelligent P&IDs using Hexagon's SmartPlant P&ID and 300 Smart Electrical SLDs using SPEL. This project encompasses a comprehensive range of services, including design drafting, global administration, and on-site verification when required. The project is for one of India's largest public service units in the oil and gas sector, demonstrating our capability to deliver high-quality, large-scale solutions for complex industrial requirements.
Proudly undertook the creation of seed files for SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) for Ulysta IT & Engineering Services, working with an Owner Operator based in Kazakhstan. This project involved the development of foundational P&ID templates and configurations to streamline the design process for the client's oil and gas operations. Our expert team ensured the creation of precise, reliable seed files that support efficient project execution, aligning with global industry standards and meeting the specific requirements of our international client.
Nithium Engineering Solutions successfully completed the digitalization of 200 AutoCAD-based Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs) to SmartPlant P&ID (SPPID) for Ulysta IT & Engineering Services. This pilot project involved converting legacy 2D drawings into intelligent, data-rich digital P&IDs, ensuring seamless integration into the client's modernized system. Our team meticulously carried out the process, enhancing the accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency of the drawings, thereby laying a solid foundation for future digitalization efforts in the client's operations.
